About Life with My Spaniels

Hi everyone! I'm Jen, the human behind Life with my spaniels, and my life revolves around two things: my dogs and exploring the beautiful UK countryside! My furry best friends, Alfie (3) and Dougie (2), are my constant companions and the inspiration for this blog. I'm passionate about giving them the best possible life, which means we're always on the lookout for exciting new adventures and dog-friendly destinations.

From hiking the fells of the Lake District and exploring the rolling Welsh hills to meandering through the Cheshire countryside, we've already had some amazing experiences, and we're just getting started! The dogs come everywhere with me, so over the years, I've become a bit of an expert on all things dog-friendly, from accommodation and apparel to the best walking trails and experiences. I love sharing my discoveries with other dog parents who, like me, want to give their pups incredible lives.
